Alnico V magnetic cores are an alloy composed of Aluminum, Nickel, and Cobalt. These magnets are one of the most powerful permanent magnet alloys available. PTFE, polytetrafluoroethylene has a remarkable chemical resistance. It is insoluble in all known solvents and will only react with molten alkali metals and fluorine at high temperatures.
